What You Will Do to Change Lives

The Patient Care Supervisor oversees the activities performed by paraprofessional nursing personnel during the provision of care to our members.

Shifts Available
  • Full-Time | DAYS | Shifts: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Days: Monday - Friday

Expected starting wage range is $21.05 - $25.38. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)
  • Two (2) years of experience working with geriatric and/or psychiatric patients and a Certified Nurse Assistant certificate
  • High school graduation or G.E.D. equivalent
  • At least 18 years of age
  • CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certifications on or within 60 days of employment, with current certification maintained throughout employment
  • Successful completion of post-offer physical, tuberculosis test, criminal background checks, sanctions check, and license verification. Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle clearance required if driving is necessary. Additional requirements may apply depending on location.
