Job summary

Rappahannock Area Community Services Board seeks a dedicated professional to assist in operating an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) and support residents with complex medical or behavioral needs. You will supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide hands-on care with a focus on daily living activities and safety.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Behavioral Sciences, residential care experience, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Sciences with relevant residential experience required.
• Experience in residential treatment programs for intellectually disabled adults strongly preferred.
• Candidates must meet licensure and certification requirements for Medicaid billing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training, scheduling, supervising and evaluating residential staff.
• Assist in monitoring programs and facilities for licensure and funding compliance.
• Provides direct care, including personal hygiene, transportation, medication administration and daily living activities.
• Observe residents, track progress toward goals and update service plans with team input.
• Record progress notes and complete required charts, forms and reports.
