Job summary

Birchaven Village in Findlay, OH is seeking a Nurse Aide to support licensed staff by providing direct resident care and assisting with daily living activities under the supervision of a Charge Nurse. Candidates must hold an Ohio STNA registry and have strong communication skills.

Responsibilities include preparing rooms, restocking supplies, and performing assigned duties while adhering to policies and ensuring resident safety and comfort. A sign-on bonus of $2,500 is offered.

Qualifications

• Active service-oriented interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Ability to provide care appropriate to residents’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and room preparation as directed by nursing staff.
• Demonstrate knowledge and skill to care for residents on the neighborhood unit; report changes in condition.
• Communicate ordering needs to inventory personnel to restock supplies.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor.
