• Makes nursing diagnoses to guide care strategy.
• Collaborates with the resident and healthcare team.
• Records the administration of medication.
• Monitors staff to ensure safety regulations are followed and all tasks comply with state and government regulations.
• Follows procedures related to nursing equipment and supplies.
• Performs other duties as directed.
