Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure resident care is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
• Develop and monitor nursing care plans and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants.
• Make nursing diagnoses, which guide the strategy of care.
• Collaborate with the resident and healthcare team.
• Record the administration of medication.
• Monitor assigned staff to ensure safety regulations are followed and that all tasks are performed per state and government regulations and facility procedures.
• Follow procedures related to nursing equipment and supplies.
• Perform other duties as directed.
