• Provide support to individuals on the autism spectrum, facilitating communication and social interactions.
• Offer assistance in assisted living settings, helping residents with daily tasks.
• Engage in social work activities that promote emotional well-being and community integration.
• Deliver compassionate care to individuals with dementia, focusing on memory care strategies.
• Support residents in group home environments by maintaining a structured and nurturing atmosphere.
• Participate in senior care initiatives, assisting elderly clients with their daily activities.
• Contribute to long-term care plans by observing and reporting changes in clients' conditions.
• Maintain patient observation to ensure safety and well-being at all times.

Requirements

• Familiarity with working with individuals that have Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities is preferred
• Compassionate demeanor and strong interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
• Must be able to pass background checks as required by state regulations
