• Assumes responsibility for residents' physical, mental and emotional well‑being.
• Provides assistance to ensure healthcare standards, medication administration, hygiene, nutrition, and overall care.
• Cares directly for residents; for 1:1 supervised residents, maintains line of sight and arm's length at all times.
• While assisting with 1:1 supervision, helps other staff and keeps the resident within line of sight when needed.
