Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene, mobility) as directed by care plans.
• Monitor changes in residents’ status and document observations for supervisors.
• Assist in developing and updating Resident Care Plans.
• Encourage resident participation in life enrichment activities.
• Assist with laundry and light housekeeping tasks as directed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and attractive environment for residents and staff.
• Attend all scheduled in-service trainings and adhere to regulations and policies.

Education
