Job summary

Greencroft Communities, Windsor of Savoy in Savoy, IL, is seeking a Resident Service Assistant (RSA) to support assisted living and memory care residents with daily activities and personal care.

You will assist with ADLs, monitor health needs, and help residents prepare for appointments or outings while ensuring comfort and safety. CPR/BLS and Food Handler certifications are encouraged; pre-employment screening is required.

Qualifications

• CNA certification or at least 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Ability to perform vital signs monitoring and basic care.
• CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, and reminders.
• Aid with appointments, outings, and transportation scheduling.
• Respond to calls promptly and assist during emergencies.
• Monitor and document vital signs and other health-related tasks.
• Mentor new RSAs and promote a warm environment.
