Winston Medical Center in Mississippi is seeking a qualified Med Nurse (RN/LPN) to assist residents with daily care and medication administration. You will work with the nursing team to maintain high standards of professional practice in a clinical setting.

You will document all observations, assist in admissions and discharges, and participate in in-services to support resident safety and quality care. Mississippi license required.

Formación

• Must possess a current Mississippi Nursing License.
• Experience delivering medications using MAR.
• Ability to document resident status and changes.
• Capable of promoting resident safety and comfort.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily resident care using the nursing process.
• Deliver medications following the Five Rights.
• Assist in admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Assist physicians with exams, tests, and rounds.
• Maintain safe, clean, and well-ventilated environment.
• Complete charting for routine, incidents, medications, and MDS.
• Attend mandatory in-services and staff meetings.
• Promote the nursing home to residents and community.
