Job summary

Talentify is seeking a compassionate residential aide to support daily shift operations at our Philadelphia facility. You will receive daily reports, log activities, and brief incoming staff to ensure continuity of care.

Responsibilities include responding to nurse calls, assisting residents with comfort measures, recording vital signs, logging belongings, conducting hourly checks, and helping with program evaluations. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Knowledge of addictions is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Receive a daily report and logbook from staff on the previous shift.
• Maintain a daily log of all activities occurring during the shift.
• Provide adjunct care for participants, including ice packs and heat packs.
• Check vital signs, weight, and record information when required by the Registered Nurse.
• Log new residents’ belongings and items received for residents during business hours.
• Conduct a random hourly bedroom check daily.
• Participate in program evaluation activities, including data collection.
• Contact on-call staff, Facility Manager, or Program Director for emergencies on weekends and weeknights.
