Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current Medication Technician certification from a state-approved program.
• Current CPR/First Aid certifications required.
• At least 6 months experience in a similar role.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administering or supervising self-administration of medications and treatments.
• Maintain clean, safe environment and documentation per policy.
• Record daily resident data, including medications, incidents, observations, and changes in condition.
• Monitor residents’ responses to treatments and report changes promptly to supervisor.
• Perform duties as assigned and support infection control procedures.
