Aurora Nursing and Rehab Center seeks a dependable Full-Time Housekeeping/Laundry Aide for our 35-bed skilled nursing facility. The role ensures a clean, safe, and attractive environment in line with policies. Daylight schedule is five days per week with rotating weekends and some holidays.

• Must follow safety precautions and waste disposal norms.
• Respect HIPAA privacy and confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Follow standard safety and infection control practices and disaster protocols.
• Clean and disinfect surfaces, floors, rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Maintain all areas in a clean and safe manner.
• Operate cleaning equipment as needed.
• Wash, dry, fold and deliver laundry to residents.
• Respect resident rights and dignity; maintain HIPAA privacy.
• Recognize and report concerns of abuse or neglect.
• Communicate professionally with residents, guests and staff.
