Rosemount Care Center is seeking a Housekeeping Aide to maintain clean and safe environments for residents. You will perform routine housekeeping tasks, assist with room and corridor cleaning, and ensure sanitation standards are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to work independently and make independent decisions.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day housekeeping functions: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, bathrooms, trash.
• Assist with cleaning resident rooms, common areas, and corridors.
• Disinfect and sanitize surfaces, equipment, and furniture to maintain a clean environment.
• Report hazardous conditions or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
• Participate in infection control and universal precautions practices.
• Maintain appearance of maintenance work areas and minimize waste of supplies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff.
• Demonstrate ability to work as part of a team and support colleagues.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
