Job summary

Country Meadows in Hershey, PA is hiring a full-time Housekeeper to support our residents with daily cleaning in rooms and common areas. The role requires working 8am-4pm, with every other weekend and holiday, totaling 75 hours over two weeks.

Starting pay is $16/hour with opportunities to increase based on experience. We offer benefits, paid time off, retirement plan with company match, and other employee-focused perks.

Qualifications

• Must be able to understand and speak English to perform duties safely.
• Prior experience in similar housekeeping role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping tasks in residents' rooms and common areas.
• Clean nursing stations, lounges, restrooms, offices and clinic areas following schedules and methods.
• Operate housekeeping equipment (washers, dryers, vacuum, etc.) and report repairs as needed.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and assist with office/building upkeep.
• Support a friendly, resident-centered environment and communicate effectively with staff.
