Country Meadows in Bethlehem, PA is hiring a Housekeeper to provide one-on-one support to our residents by performing daily cleaning tasks in their rooms. You will also clean nursing stations, lounges, restrooms, offices and clinic areas, treating residents with dignity as if they were in their own home.

The position offers starting pay of $16.00 per hour with potential increases based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to work with residents respectfully
• Able to perform housekeeping tasks in a caregiving setting
• Must understand and speak English sufficiently for safety and service

Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping tasks in residents' rooms and common areas
• Clean nursing stations, lounges, restrooms, offices and clinic areas
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and report repair needs
• Observe and report repairs to furniture, fixtures, or building as needed
• Operate basic housekeeping equipment like vacuums and washers
• Approach work with flexibility and teamwork
• Prefer prior experience in similar environments
