Job summary

Healthcare Services Group Inc. is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will perform daily housekeeping tasks, ensure sanitation and safety, and interact positively with residents and staff.

Training, supportive supervision, and opportunities for career development are provided. Residency in the service area is required. The position offers a starting pay of USD $13.00 per hour, with benefits available to all employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience is not required but preferred.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Residency within the service area required.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure cleaning and sanitation follow established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests to provide excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
