Job summary

Waldronhc is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to perform daily housekeeping tasks in our Indiana facility. You will ensure cleaning schedules are followed, coordinate with nursing staff, and maintain a clean, safe environment for residents.

The role requires strong English skills, adherence to safety and chemical-handling protocols, and a collaborative attitude to work with residents and fellow staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions concerning cleaning chemicals and solutions.
• Willingness to work harmoniously with staff and residents.

Responsibilities

• Follow cleaning schedules and departmental standards.
• Coordinate housekeeping with nursing services during routine cleaning.
• Clean and sanitize fixtures, floors, and related areas as directed.
• Dispose of waste properly and use PPE as required.
• Follow safety procedures and manufacturer instructions for cleaning products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
