Job summary

Peregrine Senior Living is seeking a Resident Care Director (LPN/LVN/RN with management experience) to lead the care team in the greater Albany, NY region. You will oversee staffing, medication systems, and care plans to deliver exceptional senior living experiences.

Qualifications

• RN/LPN/LVN license required or state regulations compliance (preferred).
• Case management experience preferred.
• Experience in senior living including assisted living and memory care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, manage, develop schedules and ensure 24/7 staffing for resident care according to PSL policies.
• Establish and maintain a medication system compliant with state, federal, and company laws; train staff and coordinate with physicians/pharmacies.
• Collaborate with Peregrine team, residents, and families to ensure high-quality care and lifestyle; develop and educate care staff on individualized resident service plans.
• Lead the Resident Care Department within budget and per PSL policies; maintain adequate supplies.
• Serve as liaison for all resident care aspects within the community as Director of Resident Care.
