Job summary

Peregrine Senior Living in Colonie, NY is seeking a Resident Care Director / LPN with management experience to lead the Memory Care team. This full-time role involves staffing, implementing medication systems, and coordinating resident care from move-in to discharge.

Salary ranges from $75,000 to $88,000 per year, based on experience, with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, PTO, holidays, retirement plan, and more.

Qualifications

• Must hold a state‑licensed nursing credential (RN/LPN/LVN).
• Experience in senior living, memory care preferred.
• Case management experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff 24/7.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, manage schedules and assure adequate resident care department staffing 24/7 according to PSL policies, procedures, and standards
• Establish and maintain a medication system which adheres to state, federal, and company laws, regulations, and guidelines including documentation, training, and coordination with physicians and pharmacies
• Collaborate with Peregrine team, residents, and families to ensure high-quality care and individualized service plans from move-in to discharge
• Lead the Resident Care Department within budget and ensure adequate supplies
• Act as a liaison for all aspects related to resident care within the community as the Director of Resident Care
