Peregrine Senior Living is seeking a Resident Care Director, an LPN with management experience, to lead the resident care team in the Albany area. This role emphasizes coordination of care, staffing oversight, and regulatory compliance to ensure exceptional service for residents and families.

The position involves managing staff across shifts, maintaining medication systems, and collaborating with physicians and providers to deliver personalized care plans within PSL policies.

Qualifications

• RN, LPN, or LVN license to practice in state.
• Case management experience preferred.
• Experience in senior living (assisted living, memory care) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, manage and schedule staff 24/7.
• Establish and maintain a compliant medication system and documentation.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and team to ensure high-quality care.
• Lead the Resident Care Department within budget and standard policies.
• Act as liaison for all resident care aspects within the community.
