Job summary

Farmington Square Medford is seeking a strong operations leader to direct daily functions of the senior living community. You will supervise staff, coordinate resident care, and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory standards while collaborating with families and healthcare providers.

The role includes staffing oversight, training responsibilities, and occasional coverage of Med Tech and caregiving shifts to support the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in Senior Living and caring for seniors.
• Proficient in English, with strong communication skills.
• Ability to train staff on health services and medication oversight.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day operations of the community, including hiring, supervising, and directing staff.
• Coordinate care for residents and disseminate information to families, staff, physicians, and third-party providers.
• Assist the Executive Director to ensure policies, procedures, and state regulations are followed.
• Occasionally cover Med Tech and Caregiving shifts as needed.
