What You'll Do (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday):

  • Lead with Empathy: Oversee and coordinate the daily care needs of our cherished residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Be a Champion for Quality: Implement and maintain high standards of care, adhering to all regulatory guidelines and best practices.
  • Empower Your Team: Provide guidance, support, and training to our dedicated caregiving staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Connect and Communicate: Build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring seamless communication and care transitions.
  • Problem Solve with Poise: Address resident concerns and adapt care plans as needed, demonstrating sound judgment and a proactive approach.
  • Document with Diligence: Maintain accurate and thorough resident records, ensuring compliance and continuity of care.
  • Innovate and Improve: Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives that enhance resident life.
