Resident Care Coordinator/RCC (Healthcare)

The RCC must work closely and effectively with our Director of Resident Care on a daily basis. They are responsible for scheduling Resident Care Staff, including providing coverage for call-outs. The RCC serves as the point of contact for care staff when they have problems or issues related to resident medications and/or family members. The role requires being on call every other weekend and acting as Manager on Duty every 7 weeks.
