Cogir Senior Living in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator to liaise between residents, families, and the care team, promoting a safe living environment and coordinating with the Health and Wellness Director. You will assist in scheduling, supervising staff, and ensuring systems are in place for quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Two years of medication administration and resident care experience required.
• At least one year of supervisory experience preferred (staff scheduling).
• Strong attention to detail and high integrity.
• Excellent communication and teamwork mindset.
• Leadership and team management skills are valued.
• Positive attitude, empathy, patience, and resident respect.
• Willingness to participate in weekend rotation.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign caregiving and medication technician shifts to ensure adequate coverage.
• Participate in recruitment and interviews for new care team members.
• Supervise, train, and support care team members; promote teamwork.
• Oversee the medication room and orders with cooperation of staff.
• Maintain accurate resident records including care plans and incident reports.
• Coordinate care planning with home health agencies on-site.
• Coordinate admissions with sales team and supervise move-ins.
• Conduct family/resident admission interviews.
• Facilitate communication among residents, families, and providers.
• Address residents' special needs, requests, and complaints.
