Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Prefer one (1) year of experience supervising and managing employees.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening.
• Ability to effectively train staff.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with community healthcare professionals on resident care needs.
• Assist in coordinating incidental medical care for residents.
• Participate in the resident assessment program.
• Recruit, develop, manage and schedule Care Providers.
