Position: Resident Care Coordinator

Type: Full-Time

Shift: Day Shift

Wage: $18-24/hr DOE

Location: Avamere at Wenatchee, 1550 Cherry Street, East Wenatchee, WA 98801

Responsibilities
  1. Document changes in residents’ status, needs, and appointments.
  2. Ensure proper documentation of care plans, nurse's notes, and resident correspondence.
  3. Possess experience as a Medication Aide.
  4. Provide orientation and on-the-job training to Caregivers and Medication Aides.
  5. Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, eating).
  6. Measure, record, and assist with wellness clinics.
  7. Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly audits.
  8. Manage scheduling of clinical staff.
  9. Create a warm, patient, enthusiastic, calm, and joyful environment.
  10. Maintain confidentiality of all resident care in accordance with HIPAA.
  11. Complete ongoing training as assigned.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. High School diploma or equivalent.
  2. HCA or CNA license preferred (required in Washington).
  3. Must be at least 18 years old.
  4. First Aid & CPR Certification upon hire or within 30 days.
  5. Food Handlers Card or obtain within 30 days.
  6. At least 1 year of caregiver or medication aide experience in senior living.
