The position involves documenting ADLs, teaching CNAs ADL coding, entering data into the MDS software, scheduling care plan meetings with families, and coordinating Medicare certifications. Full-time hours with weekly pay up to $22/hour and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• MA CNA license required (active, unencumbered).
• Experience with MDS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monitoring of ADL Flow Sheets for accurate coding.
• Provide education to CNAs on ADL coding.
• Enter demographic information into MDS software.
• Schedule care plan meetings and invite family members.
• Transmit MDSs to the State database and manage Medicare certifications.
