Charter Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) to lead daily resident care operations in our Assisted Living community. You will supervise frontline caregiving teams, coach staff, and ensure high-quality, resident-centered care consistent with regulatory standards.

The RCC partner with the Health & Wellness Director to maintain smooth operations, schedule caregiving, and promote resident wellbeing while fostering a supportive, mission-driven culture for

Qualifications

• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior living leadership.
• CNA, Medication Technician, LPN or related healthcare experience (state-dependent).
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of senior living regulations and resident care practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of resident care services.

Position Summary

The Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) is responsible for supporting the daily operations of resident care services while helping ensure quality care, resident satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and strong team performance within the Assisted Living community.

This role partners closely with the Health & Wellness Director (HWD) to oversee frontline caregiving teams through scheduling, coaching, training, support, and operational coordination.

The RCC plays a key role in promoting Charter Senior Living's mission, core values, and resident-centered care philosophy while helping create a positive environment for residents, families, and associates.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, dependable, and passionate about leading caregiving teams while enhancing resident quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of resident care services within the community


• Assist with scheduling, supervision, and support of caregiving staff
