Fairfield Village of Layton in Layton, UT seeks a Resident Care Coordinator in Memory Care to ensure safe, high-quality care for residents. You will support personal services, monitor procedures, and guide staff while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

  • Two years experience in assisted living, long-term care, or the delivery of health services.
  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Experience in the provision of care to the senior population.
  • Knowledge of Federal and State regulations related to Assisted Living facilities.
  • Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in the English language.
  • Certification in CPR and First Aid.
  • Assists in supervision of caregiver and assignment of tasks.
  • Performs initial training for caregivers as assigned.
  • While on duty, if the team leader is occupied, would be the person in charge of the caregiver team and assignments.
  • Ensure that staff understand and follow through with changes and updates in service plans.

Description

The Resident Care Coordinator in Memory Care at Fairfield Village of Layton ensures that the residents are safe, well cared for, and comfortable. Supports and maintains the delivery of personal services for assisted living residents. Schedule:

  • 8 Hour Shifts, 40 hours per week
