Resident Care Companion and STNA (Part Time 3p-11p) - DSL Danbury Massillon
We are currently seeking applicants for Resident Care Companion and STNA positions. This position is also often referred to as State Tested Nursing Assistant, CNA, Certified Nursing Assistant, Nursing Aide, Nurse’s Aide, and Care Provider. Must be 18 years or older.
Starting Pay begins at $16.00/hr.

Our Resident Care Companion/STNA responsibilities include:
- Interacting with residents and engaging in daily activities
- Assisting with personal care routines such as bathing, showers, and hygiene
- Helping residents prepare for and attend meals, activities, and appointments
- Supporting residents with other daily needs as necessary
The experience and skills required are:
- STNA certification required for STNA positions
- No certification needed for Resident Care Companion roles
- Experience in a senior living setting is helpful but not required
- A cheerful disposition, positive outlook, and love for seniors are essential
