We are currently seeking applicants for full-time, 12-hour shift Resident Care Companion and STNA positions. These roles are also known as State Tested Nursing Assistant, CNA, Certified Nursing Assistant, Nursing Aide, Nurse’s Aide, and Care Provider.

Danbury does not require employees to be vaccinated.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage with residents and assist with activities of daily living.
  • Assist with personal care routines such as bathing and hygiene.

  • Support residents with other daily needs as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • STNA certification required for STNA roles.
  • No certification needed for Resident Care Companion roles.
  • Experience in a senior living setting is helpful but not required.
  • A cheerful disposition, positive outlook, and love for seniors are essential.
