Job summary

Senior Lifestyle’s Wellington at Hershey’s Mill is seeking caring team members to maintain the cleanliness of resident apartments and common areas. You will perform general cleaning, assist in preparing empty apartments for move-ins, and respond quickly to resident needs.

We train new hires with no experience required. You must communicate clearly in English and stay positive and professional with residents and co-workers. DailyPay is available and vaccination is required unless exempt.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly in English.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward the residents and your co-workers.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of resident apartments, hallways and other common areas.
• Assist in preparing empty apartments for resident move-ins.
• Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests.
• You may be asked to help respond to resident emergencies.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers.
