A leading long-term care provider in New Albany is seeking a Resident Care Associate to provide general services to residents in assisted living environments. This role includes assisting with daily living activities, meal service, and ensuring comfort. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and ideally some experience. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with housekeeping and laundry services, including trash removal.
• Provide resident assistance with activities of daily living, including hygiene care.
• Assist with all aspects of meal service, including transportation to dining room.
• Answer residents' call lights promptly.
• Ensure frequent checks on residents who cannot call for help.
• Assist clinical staff in making residents comfortable.
• Carry out personal care responsibilities as per state guidelines.
