Job summary

Phoenix Senior Living in Midlothian, VA is hiring a Resident Care Associate (CNA) to join our assisted living and memory care teams. You will provide hands-on care, support residents and families, and implement each PSP while maintaining a safe, homelike environment.

This role reports to the Wellness Director, requires weekend availability, and offers both full-time and part-time shifts Mon-Fri with every other weekend.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required or preferred.
• Experience with elderly or disabled individuals preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update Personalized Service Plans with families.
• Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs).
• Respond to call bells promptly and maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Ensure hydration and meal attendance tracking.
