Responsibilities
- Perform all assigned tasks in accordance with established policies and procedures, following work assignments and schedules.
- Support the admission, transfer, and discharge processes for residents.
- Assist elders with daily living functions such as dental care, feeding, bathing, dressing/undressing, nail care, hair care, and shaving according to their preferences.
- Assist with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents into and out of beds, chairs, bathtubs, wheelchairs, lifts, etc.
- Perform restorative and rehabilitative procedures as instructed, including daily Range of Motion exercises, recording data, and responding promptly to resident calls.
- Follow safety precautions in all duties, including exposure to body fluids, lifting, transferring, and PPE use.
- Use safety equipment and supplies (e.g., gait belt, mechanical lifts) when lifting or moving residents according to the care plan.

Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: at least one year of healthcare experience, preferably in long-term care or with geriatrics.
- Strong customer service and professionalism.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment.
