Responsibilities

1. Perform all assigned tasks in accordance with established policies and procedures, following work assignments and schedules.
2. Support the admission, transfer, and discharge processes for residents.
3. Assist elders with daily living functions such as dental care, feeding, bathing, dressing/undressing, nail care, hair care, and shaving according to their preferences.
4. Assist with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents into and out of beds, chairs, bathtubs, wheelchairs, lifts, etc.
5. Perform restorative and rehabilitative procedures as instructed, including daily Range of Motion exercises, recording data, and responding promptly to resident calls.
6. Follow safety precautions in all duties, including exposure to body fluids, lifting, transferring, and PPE use.
7. Use safety equipment and supplies (e.g., gait belt, mechanical lifts) when lifting or moving residents according to the care plan.

Minimum Qualifications
