How you will make an impact:

As a Resident Care Assistant at St. Mark Village, you will assist the professional nursing staff in providing care to Assisted Living residents. Support residents with daily living activities, including personal care, providing fresh water, maintaining cleanliness, changing linens, weighing residents, preparing for meals, and distributing nourishments. Ensure Resident Rights are upheld and report any suspected abuse or neglect. This position serves as a temporary stepping stone toward obtaining healthcare licensure (CNA, LPN, RN, etc.). Basic sanitation knowledge is required.

Schedule varies: This position has full and part time availability, with both AM and overnight shift openings.

What you will need:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be actively working towards completion of CNA certification and become certified prior to assuming full responsibilities as CNA.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
