Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic calculations and follow instructions.
• Capable of lifting 75 pounds unassisted and 125 pounds with assistance.
• Demonstrates compassion and reliability in a resident-centered environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care and services for residents, including ADLs, ambulation, transfers, bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals.
• Respond to pull cords and calls, monitor daily hygiene, and supervise residents as needed.
• Assist with medications and accompany residents to appointments when required.
• Serve in the dining room and maintain the cleanliness of apartments and common areas.
