You will work under the Healthcare Coordinator and may have CNA preferred but not required. Responsibilities include vital signs, daily living activities, and documentation.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum six months caregiving experience.
• CPR certification within 90 days.

• Follow ISP and report status changes to supervisors.

• Document resident progress in a timely manner.
