You will provide safe, home-like care to advanced age and early dementia residents, support daily living activities, assist with meals, meds, and vital checks while following care plans.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of CBRF courses required.
• Previous CBRF or CNA experience required.
• 1+ years of related work experience preferred.
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily resident care, assignments and review care plans.
• Greet residents, perform daily care routines, assist in bathing, dressing and toileting; assist transfers.
• Handle housekeeping, linens, dietary and activity duties as directed.
• Follow physician orders; administer medications as scheduled.
• Prepare and serve meals; manage food and supply inventories.
• Follow health precautions when dealing with infectious residents.
• Monitor vitals, check blood sugars, and record measurements.
• Support residents in meeting fluids and nutritional needs.
• Adhere to resident care plans and safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as requested.
