Job summary

Mile Bluff Medical Center in New Lisbon, WI, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate daily living support in our Crest View Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. You will assist residents with ADLs, monitor condition, and ensure safety and comfort in a resident-focused environment.

The role requires CNA certification, reliable performance, and good communication with the team. Various shifts available, including PM and NOC, with every other weekend and holiday rotation.

Qualifications

• Must have Certified Nursing Assistant certification.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication with residents, families, and team.

Responsibilities

• Answer call lights.
• Assist residents with ADLs (toileting, transferring, bathing, grooming).
• Report changes in resident condition to the nurse.
• Obtain vitals, weights, and other information.
• Meet resident needs in a timely manner.
• Report allegations of abuse, neglect and misappropriation to charge nurse.
• Perform other duties as requested.
