Responsibilities

• Provide care to assigned residents in a caring, safe and efficient manner.
• Follow location standards, procedures and individualized resident care plans.
• Assist residents with outerwear or shoes and maintain a pleasant dining atmosphere.
• Respond to resident requests, call lights, and maintain privacy and confidentiality.
• Document care provided and report observations to appropriate staff.
• Support residents' independence and social needs through interactions with staff, family, and residents.
