Job summary

Twin Rivers in Richardson, TX is seeking a part-time Resident Care Assistant to provide compassionate care to residents. The role includes assisting with daily living activities, mobility, and personal care while maintaining safety and dignity in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• English proficiency required (read, write and speak).
• Experience in Assisted Living preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides all necessary care and services to assigned residents and assists other wellness department staff as needed.
• Works collaboratively with peers and other team members.
• Assists with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, toileting, eating, and mobility.
• Maintains professional demeanor with residents and families.
• Reports suspected or witnessed abuse to licensed staff immediately.
• Uses safe transfer techniques for resident mobility.
• Washes residents’ laundry as needed.
• Follows CDC/OSHA safety and infection control procedures.
• Documents service provision on company forms.
• Operates designated equipment and communication devices.
• Escorts residents and coordinates internal transportation needs.
• Notifies supervisor of changes in residents’ condition.
