Fairway View Assisted Living in Minnesota is seeking a dedicated Resident Care Assistant to provide compassionate daily care, assist residents with activities of daily living, and document services per care plans. You will support meals, social engagement, and maintain a safe, clean environment.

The role includes evening shifts with opportunities for PERA retirement, education assistance, and loan forgiveness programs. This part-time position offers growth potential within the facility.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Activities of daily living including dressing, grooming, and showers
• Assists with serving and cleanup of meals and snacks
• Engage residents in social interactions and activities
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean safe environment
• Medication management in accordance to residents plan of care
• Document all services provided and outcomes in accordance with established protocols

The Resident Care Assistant Is Eligible For a

• An additional $1.50/hour evening shift differential
• An Additional $3.00/hour night shift differential
• An additional $6.00/hour when picking up open shift

Hours And Pay

• Part Time: 24-48 hours per 2 week pay period (evenings available)
• Evening Shift 3pm - 8pm
• PERA retirement with employer match
