Job summary

Fairway View Assisted Living in Minnesota is seeking a Resident Care Assistant (RCA) to provide quality care for our residents. The position involves assisting with daily living activities, meals, social engagement, and light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment.

The role requires compassion and strong communication skills. Night shifts include a $3.00/hour differential and additional $6.00/hour for open shifts, with a comprehensive benefits package and PERA retirement.

The Resident Care Assistant is eligible for a:

• An Additional $3.00/hour night shift differential
• An additional $6.00/hour when picking up open shift

Hours and Pay:

• Part Time: 56 hours per 2 week pay period, Night Shift 11pm - 7am
• Work 7 days on, then have 7 days off!
