Resident Care Assistant

Pay rate starting between $20-23/hour
(based on experience and shift differentials)

Three Pillars Senior Living Communities is located in Dousman, WI. We are seeking caring team members who align with our workplace values: Respect, Commitment, Fulfillment, Empathy, and Fun, to work in our new assisted living community, Riverside Lodge.

The Resident Care Assistant supports our mission by providing personal care, homemaker tasks such as meal service and cleaning.

Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with dressing, grooming, personal hygiene, and ambulation to promote independence, following resident care plans and procedures.
2. Performing homemaker tasks including laundry, housekeeping, meal preparation, and serving.
3. Planning and conducting therapeutic activities.
4. Supervising or administering medications as per physician orders.

Requirements:

1. Must be 18+ years old.
2. Current and valid CBRF certification (preferred).
3. First Aid certification from the American Heart Association within 6 months of hire or within 2 years of initial certification.
4. Ability to become med delegated upon hire and pass medication administration.
5. Proficiency in using computers for charting and communication.
6. Ability to work independently and make decisions within guidelines.
7. Experience in resident care (preferred).
