Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Resident Care Associate (RCA) at Valley View Healthcare Center in Fremont, OH. The role involves non-certified routine services and supports training towards CNA certification.

You will assist with housekeeping, meal service, resident engagement, and personal care under supervision, with a path toward CN A certification and growth within a caring senior care environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry services including trash removal and making beds.
• Assists with all aspects of meal service including transportation to dining room, tray delivery, and ensuring great dining experience.
• Provides customer service, companionship, and communication with residents by answering call lights and assisting with engagement in activities.
• Assists with personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines.
• Attends and participates in a training program leading to certification as a Nursing Assistant (C.N.A).
