Mary Ann Morse at Heritage in Framingham, MA is seeking Resident Care Aides (RCA/CNA) for full-time or part-time roles. Shifts are 7am–3pm, with every other weekend required, to support seniors with daily living activities in a compassionate senior living community.

Responsibilities include personal care, safety checks, escorting residents to meals and activities, and light housekeeping. MA CNA or Home Health Aide certification is required; we offer comprehensive benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Must have active Massachusetts CNA certification or Home Health Aide certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, toileting.
• Regularly check residents' safety and wellbeing and report changes to the nurse.
• Escort residents to meals and activities; support during life events and with LifeLine/backup system.
• Light housekeeping tasks such as bed-making and assist with personal laundry.
