Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Willing to complete our free training program.
• Experience in caregiving or working with seniors is not required.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Assist residents with mobility and safety.
• Administer medications after completing training.
• Work closely with nurses and team members to ensure quality care.
• Contribute to a safe, respectful, and positive environment.
