Qualifications

• Must be registered as a Nursing Assistant with the Minnesota NA/R registry.
• Prior nursing experience preferred.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Self-motivated, ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene care including bathing, grooming, nail care, and laundry.
• Assist residents with dining and daily activities.
• Report changes in resident condition to supervisor per policy.
• Document information clearly and timely.
• Uphold infection control, safety and HIPAA policies.
